Kent goes above and beyond when performance service on our printers. We love it when Carlisle Enterprises comes out to fix something because the printer is so clean and new feeling. Even something as simple as replacing a small part, they take the time to disassemble and clean everything to ensure we don’t have additional problems come up in the future. Thanks guys!

I have enjoyed working with Carlisle Enterprises for more than 10 years, and have passed up offers by competitors. They have stopped by, unrequested, to see if there was anything they could offer by way of experience that might solve any problems we might be having. They go above and beyond, which when mixed with their friendly manner, makes them a clear choice.
We have relied on Carlisle for almost 10 years. They have never failed or disappointed us. If they are servicing another client in the immediate area they stop in to see if we are having problems, answer questions concerning if it is time to replace a machine, what new cartridges are now available and the pluses and minuses associated. They almost always ship next day, even if we tell them 2 day delivery is adequate. They know us when we call, and must keep track of when they shipped which cartridge last as they always seem to know which unit we are calling about. They have stood by their promise and shipped replacement cartridges when an occasional cartridge fails (no questions asked). We have recommended them often, and intend to continue. Old fashioned customer service!
