| I work for the Great Books Foundation as their Office Coordinator. We have had a working relationship with Carlisle Enterprises for nearly ten years! We use them for toners for our printers, as well as a maintenance contract for the same. Consequently our down time on our printers has been minimal, because the Carlisle's answer the call for trouble quickly & efficiently.
I have found no fairer price for our toners (we use several kinds!) and have never had trouble finding what toner goes to what printer, because of their excellent customer service. I find that because they are a "Family" business that they go the extra mile for their customers. With Carlisle Enterprises I am sure that we are getting the best value for our network printer dollars!
As for our maintenance contract, it is totally trouble free. Nolan keeps a good record of when our printers need a good cleaning, and is always doing preventive maintenance, so an emergency is rare, but they are always ready in the event that one occurs.
In closing I would like to point out that the service is always friendly & courteous, and has always been a pleasurable experience! Carlisle Enterprises is THE BEST!
