Our Service:  Reasonable Charges and Rapid Response
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with personal service at affordable rates.  As a convenience to our customers, Carlisle Enterprises performs repairs on-site in your office.  We charge $99.00 per hour for labor with a one-hour minimum.  Most of the repairs and cleanings can be done within that one-hour timeframe.  We always advise the customer which parts need to be replaced before we proceed with the work.  Also, there is a $20.00 or $30.00 travel time charge.  Economies of scale are certainly realistic when we service or clean more than one printer at your office in the same visit.

Carlisle Enterprises understands the importance of your printers to your everyday work.  This is why we strive to respond to all service calls in a timely fashion.  In most cases, we offer same or next day service for all repairs.  Our service region extends to the entire Chicagoland Metropolitan area.

Maintenance Contracts
